  1. ok before i go to the cons and pros of the system.....yes floyd rose are extremely fun to mess around with, and if you get good ones you can do all the wacky stuff without ever having to worry about tuning....but they take a long time!!!!! to change strings and to retune, its a pain in the ***....anyway

    pros:

never have to worry about tuning, once tuned the way you like it

you can do wacky things on it

anything you ever heard ex: dimebag squeals etc.... its possible

say you accenditlay crack the neck, you can continue to play as long as the neck holders are in place

    cons:

    sucks for changing strings

gets frustrating when you change tuning set up ex... going from          e a d g e to like d g c f a d( because you have to align the tension in the back so your strings aren't to far up the neck)

and thats about all i have to offer, just remember everyone LOVES bridge locking systems or floyd rose systems....but everyone acts differently when they have used it so good  luck hope i helped :)
