  1. Anyone who has seen the last fight would be smart enough to go with Floyd Mayweather...

  2. Elliot,

You have to be from the land of the Queen, bro. I preface this remark by saying that PBF has not fought the best in his class but PBF put on a clinic. Hatten was barely able to land 5 good punches. Please don't read the compustat numbers. Watch the fight again and count the real punches PBF got hit with! Brit fans are delusional ! If they fought again PBF would get rid of him even earlier. Floyd made him look like a sloppy fighter through and through. Nothing was effective for Hatten that night. He was exposed !

ps this is not a popularity contest. It's who can beat who! That's it!

Case closed: PBF a clear winner.

What happened? Who wrote this ?!  I just woke up!

Oh, it's the PBF vs. Hatten question AGAIN!?

    Whatever I said up there!

  3. both great fighters

  4. Floyd destroyed Hatton.   This is a very easy question Floyd 10 times out of 10!!!!

  5. Hatton once said it will take one h**l of a fighter to beat me & it did . But beat he got & beat well & no matter wot happens he will never get one over on Mayweather end of story

  6. That was a very unfair fight. All because of the referee. Whenever Hatton was on the edge of getting some good punches in, the ref stopped it.

    Ricky Hatton definitely!

  7. haven't this been already determined.  i guess you missed what pretty boy did to him.  people need to stop hating on the fact that mayweather can box and just come to terms that he is the best pound for pound fighter out there right now.  who else does he have to beat to prove this.  whenever he has been called out he has produced.  i'm not his biggest fan, but i do appreciate the fact of how he backs up his talk.

  8. Hatton every time

  9. Floyd, hands down, it's hard to think of him as someone I'd hang out with, but I don't rate boxers on how I'd get along with them.

exhibit A) Mayweather Knocked out Hatton.

exhibit B) Mayweather has titles in 5 weightclasses to Hatton's 2

exhibit C) Mayweather is an olympic medalist

exhibit D) Mayweather has a much more admirable training regimine, no matter what he's doing, he is training as a boxer year round, as opposed to Hatton who is slackin off 6 months of the year.

  10. what are you asking? If you are asking about the winner  Mayweather won the fight

  11. Mayweather jr's superiority was evident in the fight against hatton, ricky hatton just charged at floyd slipping in some illegal hits and trying to get the early knock out, maywether figured him out after a few rounds and took him to school, these hatton fans that keep making excuses can't get over the fact that Mayweather beat hatton soundly, I would like to see what they would say if mayweather beats hatton again in a rematch i bet half of the population in manchester will fall into depression,

  12. I realize their are a lot of Pretty Boy Haters out there...but let's be honest Floyd beat that @$$ all night..hatton had a few moments but that's boxing two challengers...now their are some dellusional comments being made by djdrum9/kierran27/chantel........look it's more than likely your british but sorry Floyd is like a young Ali in his prime disliked yet beating that @$$...Ricky is a dirty fighter who fought who throws elbows, rabbit punches, and low blows and this time he could'nt get away with it..but the ref did not help Floyd land that side step hook to the face of hatton or tripped him head first into the pole...the ref did however let him get up and try to continue and got rocked again...So here's the fact Pretty Boy Floyd Money Mayweather....is pound for pound the best at this time....with Miguel Cotto coming up 2nd..(even tho i felt it was draw between he and mosley)

  13. Right...and the ref HELD Ricky Hatton while Floyd punched him senseless and knocked him out.

It amazes me how British fans love to tout how much harder it is to fight in Britain..cause the "allow the fighters to fight"....then in the post fight interview with Hatton he gripes about how Mayweather "got some sneaky elbows in...". Whatever man..keep crying. MAYBE...just maybe if you didnt have the dual goal of both having to drop your beer belly AND figure out Floyd Mayweather...you would have done better? Maybe?

And face it...Hatton got SCHOOLED. You know he had to run up to Manny Steward after the fight, grab him by the lapels...and scream in his face "WHAT THE F*CK is a BLOODY CHECK HOOK?!?!?!"

  14. they have already fought and floyd knocked out hatton out. if they  fought again, floyd would do it again.

    DE

  15. there only one ricky hatton!!!

  16. I think we all know the anwer to that question.  Pretty Boy made it quit clear when he sent Hatton flying face first into the pole.

  17. Floyd Mayweather.

  18. Ricky Hatton. Legend!

  19. Hatton a million times over. He's a heck of a lot more entertaining to watch, you can see he loves to box, likes a challenge, has heart, is a great sports personality, will have a drink or 10 with anyone, down to earth and a great representative for the sport!

PBF on the other hand just hides behind his shoulder and counters, flashes his cash and is only in it for the money...very dull.

    EDIT:

I don't hate PBF, you can't deny he is a world class boxer, he's just dull to watch!

If you slip as low below the belt as PBF was doing in the fight, where can you hit and the ref didn't warn him once? From what I saw (watched the fight 3 times too) Hatton wasn't fighting dirty, his style is to get in close range as you can see his reach isn't an advantage. If you want to talk about elbows I can tell you now, Hatton was definitely not guilty of doing that. PBF on the other hand was, and he also resorted to rubbing his gloves in Hattons face!
