Fluffy italian easter bread.?

I need help

Im looking for a recipe for Italian Easter Bread, but everybody seems to have a totally different recipe. I want something extremely fluffy like fresh white bread from the market, but also something sweet. My friend's grandma made it a while ago and it was so good.

Do you have any ideas?

My brother suggested ciambelle, but I think that's just Italian donuts.

Also, my uncle told me that its something called sarched, but thats in an Italian dialect.

Try Colomba Pasquale...(Easter Dove) Im half Italian, half Brazilian..My grandma always make it for Easter.
