Fluid on top of my feet? ?

I recently had a pamper (pedicure) and was told that I'm carrying fluid on the top of my feet... any ideas?

  I wouldn't go by what the pedicurist says. However, if you're older this is a typical sign of poor circulation and possible heart problems.
