Fluro green salad dressing?

Has anyone know what the name of the powder is that is used to make a yummy dressing the result color is fluro green

The only thing I can think of that's a green powder would be spirulina. I'm not sure if that's what's in the salad dressing, but it does make my smoothies bright green and yummy! Hope this helps -- and I would love the dressing recipe if you find it!
