Flute trill key?????

I have a gemeinhardt M2 and I don't know how to trill the third octave F. I just started Band Camp this week and it started last week. So I am a week behind and I never saw a third octave F trill before. I just entered 9th grade. Please help!!!

  1. finger a high f and move your left thumb slightly left so it's on the b flat key (the circular key)
