  1. put to steady things together and pretend that they are your bases. do a hang drill (pretend that you are about to go up in a stunt but just hold urself there)

    also a trampoline would help.

    good luck

  2. If you have a trampoline, pratice all of the things you usually do in the air (Heel stretch ect.) Pratice as if the trampoline is you're bases, so jump and pretend you were just thrown into the air by you're bases. and land in a cradle position or however dismout you do. Good Luck

  3. do basic jumps in front of the mirror (herkies, spread eagles/toe touches) and then also do liberty, high V, and Low V poses in front of the mirror to make sure you have it all perfect. also practice standing on one foot (switch every now and then) while doing some simple cheers, this helps with multi tasking (cheering) and helps you get better balance so when u are up in the air u will be able to steady yourself. also if you have a trampoline, it sounds stupid but try jumping (not too high) then falling down in a cradle position, also do flips but be careful!!! then you can also try doing basic exercizes like sit-ups, and jumping jacks, it builds ur stomache, leg, and arm muscles.!!!! Good Luck!!!!!
