  1. Why were you worrying, there's no way they would have traded him.

  2. campbell is out of the question cause the flyers dont have the cap space other teams have but im really glad carter is back and now we should have deep lines.

  3. Yeah like TDK said the deal was in place for a week. There was NO WAY they were letting both RJ and Jeff go.As for Campbell, who knows?Maybe an agitator like Bertuzzi or Tucker might make there way to Broad Street. That would be very interesting. No sources on that just throwing that oot there.

$15 mill over 3 years.I hope not another Chris Gratton is in our future.

  4. Actually the deal was in place for a little over a week and then some.  They just didn't make the official announcement for a while.  Not sure what the hold up was but i'm guessing they were just working out the kinks of the contract.

As for Campbell, I thought Holmgren already said signing him was out of the question.

  5. HELLLL YEAH!!!!! FINALLY!!! WOO-HOOO!!!!

As you can see, I'm stoked about this. As many D-men that they've picked up, I still would love to see them get Campbell. The defense was OLD last year, but now it looks too young, but many of our drafts won't play for a few years. Things are loking exciting again on paper, just hope it works. Now we gotta keep up with teams like Montreal who are getting some really good people.
