  1. I'm not sure how long the actual air time will be, but think of it as an adventure. Since you can't listen to a headset as a distraction, put your fingers in your ears and hum a song. This helps drown out some of the engine noises. But, I'll bet once you're "in the moment" you'll find you love it. Have a great trip! I love Edinburgh! Saw my first Rolling Stones concert there!

  2. ive done this flight before and your not up til your down...its very short , about 1 hour and because its so short you dont have to go as high so no turbulence....why dont you take some rescue remedy before had to calm your nerves. Rememeber flyings just like taking a bus in the sky...its easy peasy...gud luck!

  3. You'll be in the air for about one hour.

It's a lovely flight, and if it's clear you should be able to see Ireland and Scotland in one glance.

Remember, that then you're in the air, so are hundreds of thousands of other people all over the world, so it's safe.

  4. heya, i went from Dub to Glasgow last june. I don't know if you can fly into edinburgh. It wasn't that long of a flight.

Don't worry you'll be grand, i've been on holiday loads of times but i still hate flying, once the plane is up in the air you won't notice a thing. Anyway, it's quite exciting !!

Good Luck and have a great holiday - Edinburgh is a class place i love it !!

  5. you will be fine, the duration of the flight should be on your ticket, if not check on the airlines website.

  6. Good for you - and you'll find it's not so bad. Bring a good book or something to distract you. You won't notice the flight at all.
