do u need insurance if you are flying in a private jet charter (like a private jet)

  1. There's no law that requires it - not even liability coverage.

    But most of the time, you won't be allowed to use an airport landing or takeoff strip without insurance, and unless you've paid cash for the plane, the lender will require it, as well.


  2. If it is a leased jet then the company that owns it will likely have insurance, just check with the company that owns the jet.
