Flying pregnant?

I know all of the standard regulations and such about flying. But I can't seem to find any information anywhere on whether the size of the plane should be considered when flying pregnant. I will be 25-26 weeks pregnant and my doctor okayed travel. However the least expensive tickets that I could find make my trip consist of 3 small planes, a DC9, a CRJ, and a 32R. I have no idea what these are but, they're little ones. Anyone have any experience or know where I could find some info?
