Flying problems ????

If I (14) wanted to fly to manchester from an airport in scotland, with my 11 year old sister to visit my mum, would we be able to get one of those people that look after you on the flight ???

Yes, I think you should be able to, I did when i went with my older sister when she was 14. If you don't get a helper to accompany you the whoel time it doesn't matter, you can easily just ask people the whole time, airports aren't that difficult and there is ALWAYS someone to help you in sight, they all know the answers.
