do flying schools (Australia, California etc) provide some technical or engineering degree with flying lessons ?

do i need an engineering degree to become an international commercial pilot ??

  1. No, what you do need is a lot of time and money.  You actually don't need a degree at all but it does help.  You can look up flight schools in your area.  And you need too pass a medical.


  2. If you go to AOPA.com they will give you a list of any near schools in your state or any other state.

  3. What you need is a four year degree in almost any field; doesn't have to be aviation related. You will then need to complete a commercial flight school and obtain the necessary ratings, i.e. Commercial Multi-engine instrument ratings.

    There are college programs where you can obtain your degree and your ratings at the same time. Look at Embry Riddle University or the University of North Dakota as two examples and there are others.
