ok so i am planning on going to guadalajara,Mexico this october and was wondering if any airline that goes there allowes dogs, My puppy will fit under the seat. Also what would be the cost for it to come along? i want a cheap good airline if possible.

I want a pudgy puppie you dont havve to take it on the trip with you jusdt leave it  home with a friend or family member. but be so thankful you have one.
