  1. if your Australian you do not need a visa,you will be asked to fill out a visa waiver form on the plane before you land in the states . you show this card to the US customs when you disembark

  3. You can NEVER apply for a visa on the plane.

    But I think Australians are exempt from needing a visa for America.  Many countries are exempt for a simple 90 day tourist trip to the USA.

  4. your permitted to visit the USA for a maximum of 3months on the Visa Waiver Programme. Any longer and you will need a Visa.
