  1. You can only bring 1 no matter what airline you're traveling with.

  2. Rather than trusting the answer of someone on here who could be wrong, please visit www.tsa.gov and click on "for travellers".

(The TSA sets the rules, not the individual airlines)

  3. It should not exceed 45 linear inches (length + width + height) or weigh more than 40 lbs/18 kgs. Carry-on items which appear too large or irregularly shaped to fit under a seat, in an overhead compartment, or in a closet will not be accepted as carry-on baggage and will need to be checked.

  4. Hi,

the quart sized bags is for liquids, gels, perfumes, etc and you are allowed to carry only one inyour carry on baggage. this is essentially the stuff u require during ur travel, like a small bottle of cologne, toothpaste, etc and this is 1 clear ziptop bag per passenger. make sure none of the contents are greater than 100 ml.

The rest of the stuff u can check in into your check in baggage. there is no restrictions of liquids in your check in baggage... just make sure you are not carrying anything hazardous and ask the airlines to mark as fragile( does not cost anythin and they take care of ur bag too)
