Flyleaf Cassie?

ok i know the song Cassie from Flyleaf has a meaning but i can figure out what is it yet i know is some thing about god but i still can get ther if you know the meaning can you please tell it to me:)

the song is about the columbine massacre. Two boys went into their school and shot at a load of people. Apparantely they asked Cassie if she believed in God, having mocked her for her faith. She said yes knowing she would be shot. The girl Jessica also said yes when asked the same question. Personally I take it to be about standing up for your beliefs in general.
