Foam Underwrapping for strapping tape in Melbourne Area?

Hi!

I am desparate to find stockists of a foam underwrap that goes under strapping tape. I found some in chemist months ago interstate when I found I was allergic to zinc and therefore the tape. I cant find this stuff anywhere here in Melbourne without buying online, which I would prefer just to get from a store.

Can anyone help?
