Foam panel replacement on saddle?

A dog chewed about an inch of the tip of the panel on the underside of my saddle (its an english saddle). The panels are made of foam. Is this replacable/fixable? If so how much will it cost and how will it be fixed?

It all depends on the saddle maker.  but it should be able to if you take it to a tack dealer.  If they dont fix it they might know of some people who can. The price all depends on the fixer.  But it should be able to.
