Focus Sash in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?

When you use Focus Sash does it disapear? or can you only use it once per battle. It says only 1-time use so will it disapear?

no no no no, it does disappear. it can only be used 1 time. if you use it, it will disappear. trust me. get a pokemon at every level ready!
