  1. Try this link - http://www.servicemagic.com/task.Window-...

Plug in your Zip code, select 'frame and glass', and then select "moisture between panes of glass", and so on.

    Good Luck

    Additional:

Ive done a lot of work on mobile homes, and many use this type of window.  I know there are some businesses that can remove the moisture, replace the argon gas, and reseal the panes.  Some will come to your home to do this.

In my experience, you can normally find glass shops that will take your sash, and replace the glass, re-using the sash frame, as opposed to replacing the whole window.  They typically take 1 or 2 business days, depending on how busy they are, so be prepared to seal the window opening with something else, while waiting on the sash to be reworked.  Call ahead, and perhaps you can take it in when they open and pick it up before they close, the same day.

Most double-hung window sashes can be removed by raising the window a couple of inches, release the top tabs, to tilt the window to the inside, and then give the sash a slight twist, raising one side higher than the other.  The bottom of the sash will pop right out of the window frame.

    Glad I could Help  :)

  2. Essentially I think the answer is no.

Double pane windows are sealed and should have Argon gas between the panes. If it gets foggy you have lost the seal and gas is gone.

Losing the seal on double pane windows is a big problem. They don't even have a good way to test them.

Glass changes over time. It becomes more brittle and it is really a liquid (semi solid) that is why we can see through it. But working with older glass is much more difficult and that is why in most cases places won't repair, they only replace.

    Good Luck.
