Folding campus bebecar pushchair

Question

Hi, we have just bought my son and his wife a 2nd hand campus bebecar 2in1 pushchair and try as we might, we cannot fold it down. we turn the handle that says fold and....nothing. are we missing something stupid or could the fold mechanism be broken somehow. thanks from frustrated nanny lol
