Folding when playing caribbean stud poker?

Is there a general rule of thumb as to when to fold while playing caribbean stud poker?

pretty much if u dont have a pair are like A K Q id fold

The dealer opens with Ace, King high. If you can't beat an Ace, King then fold. Play all pairs. Thats the simplified version, if you want to be technical then check this out.
