Follicles were not ruptured even after HCG10000 injection on day 12?

My wife have three follicles on the left ovary with the size 17.5 each and one on the left ovary with the same size on day 12. She has been given Ovurelix injection once for three days to avoid any early rupture, last being on day 12 and the Hcg injection of 10000 on the same day at night.

On day 14, when she went for IUI, as advised by doctor, it was found that the follicles did not rupture. Now again she has been injected Hcg injection of 10000 and asked to report on day 16. Now, I would like to know does she have any chance to get ruptured in between? Will my sample be effective enough to handle any later ovulation?

She should have a chance now on having them rupture in between.
