Follow up on earlier question about PGA Golf US OPEN next week?

Tiger played this week a practice round and the news reported the course is closed and he was the only one on the whole golf course. So did he get spec treatment or could have Phil been out there too at same time or even the Little known amat for the open ..he could have gone out there and played the same holes right behind Tiger ???

The Course is closed to those not playing the open.........Practice rounds are allowed to participants......no special treatment at all
