Follow-up to first question - Dental Floss?

How will dental tape (suggestion) work for someone who very very very tight teeth. I have tried all the ULITRA think products.

I even tried thread - a sewing thread. And NO waxed ultra thin do not work either.

How about a Water Pik? What does that do?

Any other suggestions
