the link is a question i asked last week, you will need to read it to know what im talking about here.

so my bank started an investigation on thursday tracing where the money went, they got back to me today to tell me they traced it and it went back to my employer. they are sending me a letter to confirm this.

my boss still says he doesnt have my money and i wont get it back from him, even with proof from my bank! he said my bank is lying to me and trying to steal my money!!!

boss is now unwilling to help me resolve this, im going to need a solicitor to get my wages back arent i?

whats the best way to go about this?

thankyou for your time.

  1. Ask your boss if he has a daughter  , Just tell him its Ok not to pay You . That you will marry his daughter even if she is 30yrs older to you.  You can divorce her later.

  2. Go to the bank with your employer and have him deal with the bank. If he's telling the truth he won't have any problem with this as he could clear his name of the accusations if he is telling the truth.

  3. take your proof to the local D.A. and call your boss and tell him after and only after that is done he is sure to change his tune after that, and don't ever think of an employer as a friend, it is business and that's all it is
