  2. It seems to me that when a person can only experience or even imagine a few levels at a time, then there is no sense in attempting to prove or disprove levels which lay beyond their reach.  Just using someone else`s words, thoughts or theories just doesn`t cut it, ever.

  4. Not all statements that are falsifiable in principle are falsifiable in practice.

    Nonlocal quantum entaglement means that the cosmic speed limit of light, that is, the speed of a photon, will yield infinities when factored into the string equations.  String theory is a long way from being experimentally verifiable, even string theorists will admit it may never be verifiable unless we have a collider the length of the known universe.  Falsification of the cosmic landscape theory would also have to take into account an understanding of non-locality and its implications, which I find fascinating.  It has been said that on a level as deep, or deeper, than the quantum level, the underpinnings of the genesis of the universe are still pointing to the theoretical singularity, which would explain non-locality inasmuch as on some level, the universe is still all things and places at once, and that the fabric of the universe, its weave so to speak, presents  time as an inconsequential byproduct.  

    These are just my layman's thoughts, I hope you get a more technical explanation.
