Font Creator help !?

Question

I can't find a free but FULL version of FontCreator, and I can't pay for it. Anyone know something that is similar to FontCreator, like something I could a full version of for free?

http://fontstruct.fontshop.com/ is an online tool. It's not the best but it's free.

http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/ FontForge is a Linux program that is awkward but powerful. To run it on windows it requires Cygwin. I've never managed to get it to work that way. It's very easy to install on Linux, though, especially with a package manager.
