Fonts question. I opened it but how do i access it in Word perfect/photoshop? How do I tell if it has a virus?

that's the website that was suggested and I found some fonts but how do i tell if they have viruses or something bad before i download? Also how do I open/save it (if it's safe) and add it to my word perfect or photoshop? thanks!!!

I'm new to this so please explain. I think the fonts are zipped and by opening or saving it, they unzip????

You need to install the font as well as download it.

Unzip the file once you have downloaded it. Select the font files (ttf), right click and select copy. Go to the Windows start menu - then to control panels - then to fonts. When you are in that window, click inside it and select paste or use paste from the edit pull down menu.
