  1. I'm around 9 - 10 weeks and i suffered just like you. I didn't eat proper meals for weeks but I'm now starting to get used to what i can and can't face.

Try snacky stuff like crackers/ biscuits (food that will feel you up.) Also try anything ginger, that helped me a lot. I found the more hungry you are the sickness feels worse!

    Hope this helps good luck!

  2. well, my savior was preggie drops and/or preggie pops. my local maternity store (motherhood maternity) sold these. theyre basically just sour candies that you suck on, im sure you could buy anything sour and it would work the same. any time i felt nauseated id pop one and feel better in a minute. my husband always kept him in his pockets for me! good luck!

  3. it will get better, you are still early in pregnancy and morning sickness usually subsides around 12/14 weeks.

I was sick like that too and lived off toast and crackers, maybe some soup here an there. when i hit 11 weeks, my sickness was almost gone except for the smell of cooking meat made me sick.

  4. I sympathize with you because I was the same way until I was 4 months pregnant. In fact I lost 10 pounds my first trimester. Crackers are fine but they only helped me so much. I found that smelling citrus (oranges, grapefruit, lemons) helped me deal with the nausea. Ginger ale helped as well. Also, if you can find them, candied ginger chews help a lot (Chimes brand makes one coated in Peanut butter so its not too strong.) Very cold water and very hot tea also calmed my stomach. I developed a fondness for jello as well but that was my own weird pregnancy craving. Vitamin B can help some women and also be mindful of heartburn which can make you feel even worse (go get yourself some Tums now and keep a good supply). Good luck!

  5. I know exactly how you feel as I've been going through this too for the last 5 weeks!!!!! Am really fed up with it now. I have had the odd slight hankering for something different each day at the mo so I jump on it as soon as I work out what it is!!! Yesterday it was duck pancakes. They tasted like absolute nectar....as did the nectarines the other day. Not that they stayed down for any more than 5 mins LOL!!

I would say if you fancy something have a small quantity of it and see how it settles. The important thing is that you have fluids and if you can't stomach liquid then try sucking on a fruit lolly like I have been. Last time I was fine at 14 weeks so I'm hanging onto that thought at the moment. Best of luck and I hope it passes soon :)

  6. saltine crackers helped me. and dont worry this happens to so many women in the beginning. soon you will be eating everything in sight :)

  7. My partner had the same problem, partly brought by where we lived together.

I discussed with our doctor and she said eat snacky foods, she suggested ginger as a help.

We went away for a long weekend and her appetite greatly improved.

We are now seperated as she has gone home to Mum but she is eating better.

Suggest try getting away for a few days too to see if this helps.

    Congratulations and good luck.

P.S. wish me good luck that we can get back together please as I miss her so much :(

  8. You sounds just like my mum. During the whole first trimester, all she could eat was bread and tomatoes and feta cheese. Try crackers (jacobs cream) their quite good for nibbling on and apparently help sickness.

Congrats and hope I helped =) xo

  9. Call your dr and tell them whats up, they should give you some med to help you eat.

  10. Your morning sickness should pass within a few weeks. Try eating bland things like soda crackers. Stuff that will fill you up but has hardly any smell or taste. Drink stale (flat) Ginger ale as this will help with the icky tummy syndrome. Also, you can talk to the doctor and they can give you pills or suppositories that will help reduce nausea.
