Food Handlers Card test questions?

What are some of the questions on it. I live in Arizona, i'm not sure if it differs in each state but yeahh, know any?

I took the maricopa county one a while back. It's really easy just spend some extra time looking over temperatures for cooking and the "safe zones"

yes it is differant in some states i have taken the test before it is not difficult .generally about temp of foods storage of foods and so on

just so you no the board of health wants you to pass this test and most do so dont worry ,you will pass it if you give the slightest effort

you will be amazed at some of the stuff they teach you

Im not sure that it is the same as it used to be but.... when I went in and got mine a few years back I was given a study book right before the test. You may want to go there in advance and see what they have.

I would memorize the temps. I beleive that those where the "tougher" questions. The others seemed more like common sence.

its not hard they give this paper with all the answer on it  study it  for a while and  take the test  i spent 30 minutes took the test and past
