  1. Local councils run the course. Good luck

  2. Just a 1 day course in the local collage. Call them, most people were sent by their work place to do the course where the person himself  have nothing to pay.have any chance like that use it. I was told by the person conducted the course it is not a must.

  3. You should be able to get one at your local education college- otherwise phone up careers advice at your local council or job centre. I believe it takes about a day to do- you will need to get the forms beforehand etc. It's very worthwhile for health and safety law.

  4. Local colleges do food hygiene courses. Evening classes I would imagine. I did mine which were included in the Hospitality course I am doing just now.

  5. you can enrol at a night class and get one, it only takes a few weeks. so check out your local night schools for classes. good luck

  6. The best and most widely accepted is ServeSafe.  You can get all study materials and even take the test online.
