Food Menu for a Baptism?

We are goting to baptize my son in June & the part will be held in my backyard. Need to know what foods would be appropriate to serve. Family is mexican and I do not want to BBQ. Any advice will be of great help!

Why not do a salads & breads buffet. Green salads, pasta salads, potato salads, fruit salads & rice salads. Breads could be rolls, corn muffins, french bread, rye bread & foccacia bread. Drinks you could have different flavored lemonades, Regular,strawberry, tea with lemonade.
