  1. First things first...was the chicken raw or pink?  Chicken can be fully cooked and still be a bit pink.  Secondly, the only way you would get "Food Poisoning"  from chicken, even if it's totally raw is if, and only if that particular animal was infected with a harmful level of certain bacteria or viruses, or if there were instances of harmful levels of these bacteria or viruses present in the kitchen.  If you have any doubts of any kind, call your local health department.

  2. maybe that's just the way the chicken is made. or maybe they were in a rush to serve more people so they didnt cook the food all the way. the happens alot. you will start noticing a stomach ache or start to vomit if it really was bad. and the food would have tasted a bit funny too if it were bad. if all else fails, eat swanson chicken broth, 100% fat free and 99% sodium free. its very healthy for you and you can eat it without it coming back up.

i hope you don't get sick!!

  3. Food poisoning will show itself within a few hours and since it has been over 1 hr since you asked the question I'd say you are fine.  If you should get a runny stool or stomach ache then you should drink lots of water and see your Dr if you are still sick in the morning.  I think you are fine.
