Food Stamps question about deposit?

I receive Food Stamps in the state of Tennessee. My caseworker told me that the day I receive Food Stamps on my EBT account is based on the last 2 digits of my social security number. Does anyone know how that works?

in ky it is by the last number not that last two number.. mine is 9 so I get then on my EBT account on the 9th of every month.
