Food centre (3yrs old) costing

Question

Food centre (3yrs old) costing 1000.00 is now suffering from insulation breakdown. I argue it has to be a manufacturing fault as it is inside sealed panels and there is no damage to internal or external it is also situated as per manufacturers guidelines. Please advise
