I have had belly trouble for about 5 years now. I have tried excluding every different type of food and nothing works. I stumbled across food combinations and how they can cause stomach problems. My question is though, what meals can be eaten? I'm English so the traditional ones like the English breakfast and the roast dinner are gone. I'm just completely confused and can't find anything on the internet so i thought i would seek advise from the yahoo community. Thank you, Josh
