Food cooks.... be truthful......?

Question

how many of you guys dont wash your hands at all, whetehr its after restroom or handling garbage, and then prepare food with no gloves and touch the food.

Everytime after the bathroom...  usually everytime after trash..  but plastic gloves are swapped out at least 10 times a day.

I work in a major restaurant chain.

A chef is suposed to wash his/her hands every twenty minutes.

not that i ever do or that i know anyone who does but it would be gud to although verry inpractical.
