as for decorations, is there something that she's really interested into? I know my 11 year old cousin just celebrated her birthday she loves Hannah Montana. She had a Hannah cake and posters and stuff.

Food, think of her favourite, or if that's something too complicated, kids love pizza, hot dogs, fries, ... But you may also want to go with something healthy? Like have a salad incase kids would like that.

Drinks, soda, but also have juice and water just incase. A drink that is quite tasty is fruit smoothies. Take yogurt (ex: strawberry), some fruit (in this case strawberries)  and a bit of ice and blend all together and make a smoothie that is VERY tasty!

for food, you can go for somethin' sweet like cupcakes, or cotton candy. for the main dish, spaghetti or burgers would be great! for drinks, umm coke, dr pepper, ice tea, or fruit cocktail.

for music, it's kinda depends what your sister likes.
