  1. milk is the best choice

  2. Go to Walgreen's or Walmart and get those bottles of Joint lubricating pills....they have the active ingredient called glucosamine and chondrotin, this stuff really works.

...lay off the sodas they eat up the calcium in your bones. Reports also say that blood pressure medication may do the same however many cannot live without blood pressure meds.

  3. I take glucosamine and chondrotin capsules, as someone has already suggested. My doctor also advises including cold water fish, such as salmon and tuna in the diet.

These are high in Omega 3.

  4. Well, milk is good for bones but not at all for joints.  Dairy products and red meat cause or aggravate joint inflammation.  So if you're having joint pain, such as with arthritis, it's best to avoid red meat and dairy.  Also, you can try glucosamine and chondroitin supplements.  It's kind of expensive and it takes a few weeks before you'll notice results, but it really does seem to work for some people.  As for foods that are good, several studies have shown that cherries are one of the best foods for relieving joint pain.

  5. dont drink milk

    eat more fruits and veggies
