  1. Fruit kebobs stuck into a whole fresh pineapple .... Tropical fruit salad (guava, papaya, mango, bananas, oranges, starfruit) ...  Teriyaki or macadamia crusted pork or fish ...  Poi (it tastes terrible though, so add a drop each of red & blue food coloring to some hummus, to make it the same purple color as poi & serve with chips) ...coconut shrimp ... sushi ...  Sweet potato & banana chips ...  Dishes of FRESH coconut chunks, macadamia nuts and sugar cane pieces ...  White cake with pineapple filling and coconut frosting ...  Fruit drinks with skewers of fruit & little paper umbrellas

  2. kaluah pic, loco moco, short ribs, white rice, lumpia

  3. pinapple upsidedown cake for dessert

  4. Sweet and Sour Pork/Shrimp/chicken skewers

    Lots of fruits -pineapple

    Banana bread

    cheese and crackers

Had one for my daughters' baby shower

  5. hawaiian chicken sandwiches... grill a chicken breast, and put it on a toasted or grilled bun or cibatta bread with a slice of grilled pineapple! you can put one of those little umbrellas in the top too, we did that with the burgers at my daughters 2nd b-day... spam?? lol jk... i just know people LOVE it in hawaii... good luck..
