Question:

Food ideas........majorly need help!!!?

Ok so I currently have only found two main meals that I like the taste of, pizza and grilled cheese. I don't like red meats and I only sometimes like chicken. The only veggies I will eat are potatoes, corn, and green beans. I love fruit. I love dairy. Hate many types of cheeses including swiss, colby, greek cheese, blue, meunster, and stuff like that. I like ice cream and junk food though.

I majorly need help or else I probably will have a heart attack by age 23. I am currently 16. HELP!!!

  1. okay 1. you 'sometimes' eat chicken?  Ik i havent been to your house in a while but you used to eat it almost everyday if not at least a few times a week.2. you're 15. but ok.  

    and an answer somebody gives you isn't gonna help considering you don't like to eat anything.


  2. Eat more veggies and start exercising more regularly.

  3. just keep eating the main meals you like and eat lots of fruit and veg you like aswell

How about heading out to the local grocery store and pick up some cereals and fruits.  Regular old frosted flakes and blueberries or some Cap'n Crunch and bananas and you'll have it goin' on.  Also, even though, it sounds like you're on a health kick, get you some snacks to substitute for the meat and cheeses you don't eat.  A good brand of tuna fish with some Ritz crackers will also do you well.  If that fails, try peanut butter and jelly!  Good luck!

  5. You will not have a heart attack by 23, don't worry. That rarely happens for genetic reasons. Since you eat all of those, make sure you leave some room for fruits, veggies, and plenty of exercise, so you can burn off the extra calories.

    Also, if you want to lose your cholesterol, (the cause of artery clogging, and you will most likely have a heart attack because of it,) you have to eat oatmeal. Oatmeal clears your arteries, making blood having to flow through faster, and smoother. Good Luck!

  6. Sometimes you have eat food you don't like. One method that I used to get myself to like the taste of olives was to not eat for an entire day so that the next day I would be starving and would eat anything. Well I ate the olives and now I can eat them whenever.
