  1. try a restaurant called the harbour in upper street very nice

also in theberton street mem and laz is good

  2. There's a Wagamama in the Angel centre which is cheap and cheerful. Try the Drapers Arms which is on Barnsbury Street, right at the top (cross Liverpool road) for really good pub food, or go to Isarn for amazing Thai food (halfway down Upper Street)

  3. I also say the italian La Porchetta on upper street, the food there is delicious.

  4. Try gallopoli, there are two of them. Have great food and great fun.

  5. You could try Wagamama's as I love these restaurants and there is one in Islington. The meals there are filling and a good value

    The address is

The N1 Centre, Parkfield Street, off Liverpool Road, Islington, N1 0PS

    Tel:(0) 20 7226 2664

  6. Near Angel you really are spoilt for choice...I reccomend an Italian restaurant called la Porchetta on upper street...

  7. Head up Upper Street. The top end near Highbury & Islington tube is full of nice places to eat.

I recommend Isarn if you want Thai, Gallipoli if you like Greek and Le Mercury if you like French food. I also recommend Ottolenghi if you want something really special.
