Food is my weakness, How do I change that?

all my life I've been blackmailed with food. I don't wanna fall for this trap anymore. But when it comes to food, it seems I never have enough. I don't wanna be like that anymore. How do I change that?

  1. stop eating! save some for the rest of the world that is starving.


  2. I am the same way.

    It is recommended that you eat 6 small healthy meals a day.

    I eat 4 large meals and also snack late into the night.

    Eating can become an addiction- especially if you are a housewife, or someone who is in the house a lot.

    I know I would be taking my own advice, but maybe it would be easier to not eat if you did other things to focus your mind on instead of food-

    like taking up a hobby that involves getting out and being around other people.

    Maybe you could try to fill your house with fresh fruits and veggies- so that if you do need to snack, they will be healthy.

    Also, another idea is to spend the money that you would normally splurge on eating out or drive thru's on something else you want- like accessories or shoes..

  3. Something is missing from your life if you are compensating it with food.

    You're going to have to figure out what that is.

    Or are you just copping out on life and using food for gratification?

    It's not that hard to develop a will.
