Flying out tomorrow, domestic. I called reservations and the guy couldn't really help with my question. My gf wants to take a Lunchable on the plane, will they allow this. Its the kind that does not have a drink. She also has Pringles, and popcorn. Are these allowed to be taken on the plane?

  1. I'm sure it's alright. But the best is food bought from airport although i know it sucky.

  2. It should be, Depends mostly on the airport that you are flying out of, most of the smaller airports are more relax on what is allowed then major airports. I have close friends that work as Flight Attendents on American and last time a talked to them(Last Week) dry food goods were allowed on the plane.

  3. I don't know about dry goods, but I do know you can't get a bottle of water through security...they will make you throw it out.  After you make it through security you are free to buy whatever you want on the other side and take it with you.  But you may very well run the risk of them making you throw it out.

  4. They are allowed to be taken through because they are dry goods. According to TSA regulations anything liquid that's 3.4oz or higher are NOT allowed through security. She would have to wait to get a drink once you've passed security.
