Hi!  I've been on the Carnival Triumph twice!

I'll tell you what I know.

When I was there, they had an Asian station of some sort.  I saw a lot of people getting some type of noodle dish.  It smelled really good!  This station is near the buffet.  There is also a sandwich station that I highly recommend.  It was great!

Edit:  I've just remembered that the name of the Asian place was Hong Kong Noodle Company.  That might help you in some way!

go on their website and go directly to Carnival Triumph and look at their menus. it should show you some of what to expect like lots of sushi
