Food poisoning without diarrhea or vomitting?

I've had food poisoning for three straight days now, with nonstop stomach pain, but NO diarrhea or vomitting. What should I DO?

It has been so painful but no bowel movement at all...

it doesnt sound like food poisoning. i would see you doctor.

are you sure its not an ulcer ? i suggest go to a doc tor but before you do write down everything you know about your sickness and let someone you know help you !

nothing, you are doing many things about it already that you dont know of.  and medications dont usually speed up the process.  just because you arent removing the waste doesnt mean you arent getting better

Food poisoning is defined by vomiting and diarrhea; you have something different. Check in with your doctor. It sounds like an ulcer.
