What are some LOW CARB foods!! PLEASE!!

  1. All eggs, meats (ANY kind of meat) and all veggies are low carb.

    Things high in carbs:

    foods with sugar or fructose corn syrup (like candy, sodas, etc.)

    corn

    potatoes

    rice

    things made from flour (like pasta, cake, muffins, pancakes, etc.)

    Flounder

    Herring

    Salmon

    Sardines

    Sole

    Tuna

    Trout

    All fowl including:

    Cornish Hen

    Chicken

    Duck

    Goose

    Pheasant

    All shellfish including:

    Clams

    Crabmeat

    Mussels*

    Oysters*

    Shrimp

    Squid

    *Oysters and mussels are higher in carbs so limit to about 4 ounces per day.

    All meat including:

    Bacon*

    Beef

    Ham*

    Lamb

    Pork

    Veal

    Venison

    *Be aware of processed meat and that some may be cured wish sugar, which will add to the carbohydrate count. Also steer clear of meats with added nitrates.

    and they had me escorted off their property..

    but the Sheriff at the parking lot tested me for drugs and alcohol told me to get out of town.
