im heading to a gyno in 2 days to see whether i have pcos too, sorry to hear that u have it :( i have been doin a bit of research on it myself and everywhere i look everything says ppl suffering with pcos should eat LOW GI low carbs and to try to stay away from sugar it helps the pcos and also helps you lose weight
